I would like a custom order mat. How do I know you can do it?
Email us or message us on social media with a photo of what you’re looking for.
We have access to thousands of fonts so most of the time we can do something similar to what you’re looking for.
We only paint in black so other colours are not available right now (this may be changing in the near future so stay tuned).
Will I receive a proof before my custom order is complete?
Yes! All custom orders include a proof of the artwork at no extra charge.
Proofs are a "layout" of the design to see general placement and select font. Should more than 3 revisions to your proof be required, this may add to the production time of your order. Once you have approved the proof and painting has begun, there hours. are no changes permitted. Mock ups/proofs are usually completed within 72 hours.
What are you turn around times on products?
Our typical turn around time is 7-10 business days, however this is subject to change at any time. Please check the banner on our homepage for any changes to our typical turn around times.
If you’re looking for a very large number of an item contact us and we can let you know what the time frame would be.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! Local Pick-up is available at either of the following two locations:
Surrey (193/70 area). We will email you once your order is ready with exact address and pick up details.
- Abbotsford (Downtown Abbotsford). The hours for pick up are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (closed weekends and statutory holidays). You will be advised once your order is ready for pick up and you can advise which date works best for pick up. ***CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR LOCAL PICK UPS DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC***
If LOCAL PICKUP is selected at checkout, you will have 3 weeks to pickup your order from the time of completion unless otherwise discussed, at which point if not picked up, order will be considered abandoned and the item(s) will be resold (refunds will not be issued).
We offer shipping within Canada and the United States. At this time we only offer tracked shipping through Canada Post in Canada and USPS/UPS through the US.
Do you offer returns and/or exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
If you have any concerns regarding your order once you receive it, please message us to discuss within 24 hours of receiving your product. Please open your item upon receipt to make sure it is correct.
